imagine the nastiest mud pit you've seen at a cross race. make it 12 inches wide and 24 miles long. add copious amounts of rocks and tree roots. turn every 10 yards. sylvan island stampede was not the same animal it was last year. better race report later. my eyes still burn more than i care to keep typing.
